In short

How do I get a Planview portfolio health scorecard before my weekly review?

WebRun reviews your Planview portfolio every Friday, pulls the health status of every active project, schedules a Google Calendar review for anything marked at risk, and sends the PMO lead the ranked scorecard over WhatsApp, so Monday's portfolio meeting starts with the full picture already prepared instead of pulled together live.

  • The PMO lead walks into Monday's review already briefed
  • At-risk projects get a review slot before they're discussed
  • Portfolio health is tracked weekly instead of only at the monthly review

Questions, answered

Does WebRun change a project's health status?

No. It only reads the status already recorded in Planview. Updating a project's rating or milestones is left to the project owner.

Who receives the scorecard?

Only the PMO lead, over WhatsApp. It's an internal summary and isn't sent to anyone outside the portfolio team.

What if a review is already booked?

WebRun checks the calendar first, so a project that already has a review slot doesn't get a second one added.
