In short

How do I schedule and track batch photo edits in Photopea?

WebRun checks the studio's Photopea batch edit queue every Monday, blocking calendar time for each request based on its photo count and assigning it to an available editor. It then posts the week's full schedule to Microsoft Teams, flagging any batch that can't fit before its deadline so nothing gets silently delayed.

  • Every batch request gets scheduled instead of sitting in a queue
  • The team sees the full week's edit plan in one place
  • Deadlines that won't fit get flagged early instead of missed

Questions, answered

Does it run the batch edits itself?

No. WebRun only schedules the work. Applying the actual edits in Photopea stays with the assigned editor.

How does it estimate how long a batch will take?

It uses the photo count in the request to block a proportional amount of time, so larger batches get more calendar time than quick ones.

What happens if a batch can't fit before its deadline?

It's flagged in the Teams post instead of silently scheduled late, so the team can decide to reassign or push the deadline.

Put this on autopilot.
