No. WebRun signs in and reads the numbers shown against your existing uploads. It never uploads a new file, edits a listing, or removes anything from your profile.
What if a stat is not shown for an upload?
The row is written with the fields that are visible and the missing ones left blank, so the record stays honest instead of guessing a number.
