Build a photo shortlist for each new brief

Every Monday, WebRun reads the briefs sitting in your Trello design queue, searches Pexels for photos matching each brief's subject and orientation, builds a Notion shortlist page with the image links and photographer credits, and drops the page link back on the Trello card.

In short

How do I gather stock photo options for a campaign brief automatically?

WebRun reads your open campaign briefs in Trello every Monday, searches Pexels for photos matching each brief's subject and orientation, and builds a Notion shortlist page with links and photographer credits. It then attaches that page to the Trello card so the designer starts with options already gathered.

  • Designers open a brief with candidate photos already gathered
  • Every candidate carries its photographer credit and source link
  • Briefs with weak keywords are flagged before the design work starts

Questions, answered

Does it download the full-size files?

No. WebRun collects the Pexels page link, the photographer credit, and a preview, and leaves downloading to the designer who picks the winner. Nothing is pulled onto your machine on its own.

How does it know what to search for?

It reads the subject keywords, orientation, and colour notes written on each Trello brief card, so the better the brief, the tighter the shortlist.

Are the credits recorded?

Yes. Every candidate on the Notion page carries the photographer name and the Pexels link, so your team keeps a clean attribution trail even though Pexels licensing does not require it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
