Automated Paystack Settlement Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Paystack, pulls yesterday's transactions and settlement status, logs the day's summary as a Trello card, and sends the settlement digest on WhatsApp so you know the payout is on track before the day starts.

In short

How do I get a daily summary of my Paystack settlements?

WebRun checks Paystack every morning for yesterday's transactions and settlement status, logs the summary as a Trello card, and sends the digest on WhatsApp. It never retries a transaction or moves a settlement itself, so you know the payout is on track before the day starts without opening the dashboard.

  • Settlement status lands on WhatsApp before the day starts
  • Failed transactions are flagged separately, not hidden in a total
  • A daily archive of settlement summaries builds up in Trello

Questions, answered

Will it retry a failed transaction or move the settlement itself?

No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only reads transaction and settlement data and reports on it, leaving any retry or transfer to you.

Does it flag failed transactions separately?

Yes. Failed or declined transactions are called out separately from the total, so a rise in failures doesn't hide inside a healthy settlement number.

Can I look back at a previous day's digest?

Yes. Each day's card is archived in Trello rather than deleted, so you can scroll back through prior settlement summaries.
