Automated Paysend Transfer Reconciliation
Every morning, WebRun opens Paysend, reads the status of every recent transfer, creates a Trello card for any still not confirmed as delivered, and messages you on WhatsApp when a transfer has been pending longer than expected.
How do I reconcile Paysend transfers against delivery confirmations?
WebRun checks Paysend every morning for the status of every recent transfer, creates a Trello card for any still not confirmed as delivered, and messages you on WhatsApp when one has been pending longer than expected. It never resends or cancels a transfer itself, it only makes sure a stuck one gets noticed.
- Stuck transfers get flagged before you have to ask
- Every unconfirmed transfer has a tracked Trello card
- Confirmed deliveries drop off the list automatically
Built for Paysend users · small businesses sending international transfers · personal finance tracking · remittance senders

Questions, answered
Will WebRun resend or cancel a stuck transfer?
No. WebRun only checks status and reports it. Resending, canceling, or otherwise acting on a transfer stays a step you take yourself in Paysend.
What counts as stuck too long?
A transfer still not confirmed as delivered well beyond Paysend's normal delivery time for that route. It gets flagged rather than assumed to still be in transit.
What happens once a transfer is confirmed delivered?
Its Trello card moves to done and the WhatsApp alerts stop for that transfer, so the list only ever shows what is genuinely still pending.
