Questions, answered
Will it approve time off on my behalf?
No. WebRun only reads the pending requests and queues them for the manager who owns the decision. Approving or declining stays a human action taken inside Paylocity.
Does the employee get messaged?
No. The WhatsApp nudge goes to the approving manager only. Employees hear the outcome through Paylocity in the normal way, once a manager has actually made the call.
What happens to a request once it is decided?
WebRun reads the live status in Paylocity each morning, so an approved or declined request drops off the queue and its Trello card is moved to Done on the next run.
