What happens to a failed payment?
It gets its own Trello card with the payment ID, amount, and failure reason, so someone can look into it without re-running the PayFast export.
Will WebRun refund a failed payment or request a payout?
No. WebRun only reconciles and reports on payments it finds in PayFast. It never issues a refund, requests a payout, or moves money on its own.
How do I know the totals are accurate?
They come directly from the day's PayFast export, split into matched, failed, and unmatched, so the WhatsApp summary reflects exactly what the gateway recorded.
