Automated Paychex Time Off Approval Queue
Every morning, WebRun opens Paychex, lists the time off requests still waiting on a decision, reads each employee's remaining balance and checks who else is already booked off on those dates, opens a card per request on your Trello approval queue, and sends you a WhatsApp nudge about anything close to the pay period cutoff.
How do I keep pending time off requests from sitting unapproved?
Every morning WebRun opens Paychex, lists the time off requests still waiting on a decision, and attaches each employee's remaining balance plus who else is already booked off those days. It builds a Trello approval queue sorted by how soon the leave starts and nudges you on WhatsApp, so requests are decided in a day.
- Requests are decided in a day instead of sitting for a week
- Every request arrives with the balance and the coverage already checked
- Requests near the pay period cutoff are flagged before they cause a correction
Built for people managers · HR administrators · shift schedulers · small business owners

Questions, answered
Will it approve or decline requests for me?
No. Every request stays pending in Paychex. WebRun gathers the balance and the coverage so the decision is quick, and a manager makes it.
Does it message the employee?
No. The queue and the nudge are internal to you and your managers. Any message to an employee is left for a person to send.
Does it expose anyone's pay details?
No. The card carries the leave dates, the leave type and the remaining balance only. Pay rates and payroll figures are never read out of Paychex.
