No. WebRun only reads the services list in your control panel. Ordering, resizing, suspending, and terminating a service all stay manual actions you take yourself.
Does it delete rows for services we cancelled?
No. Retired services are marked as Retired in Notion and kept, so you keep a record of what you used to run and what it cost.
Will it tell me if nothing changed?
Yes. A quiet week gets a single line saying the inventory is unchanged, so silence never leaves you wondering whether the run worked.
