Automated Outreach Sequence Reporting
Every Monday, WebRun opens Outreach, reads last week's numbers for every active sequence, writes delivered, open, reply, and meeting-booked rates into a Google Sheets scorecard, and files a dated copy of the week's report in Google Drive.
How do I compare which sales sequences book the most meetings?
WebRun opens Outreach every Monday and reads last week's numbers for each active sequence: prospects added, delivered, opens, replies, and meetings booked. It ranks them in a Google Sheets scorecard by meetings per hundred prospects and files a dated copy of the report in Google Drive.
- Sequences are ranked by meetings booked, not vanity opens
- Rising bounce or opt-out rates get flagged the same week
- A filed weekly history in Drive without anyone rebuilding a report

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send emails or start sequences?
No. WebRun only reads Outreach reporting. It never sends a message, adds a prospect to a sequence, pauses a sequence, or edits a step, so nothing reaches a prospect because of this run.
Which number decides the ranking?
Meetings booked per hundred prospects, because reply rate alone rewards sequences that provoke a reply without producing pipeline. You can switch the ranking to reply rate or positive replies if your team measures those.
Does it warn about deliverability problems?
Yes. Bounce and opt-out rates sit next to every sequence, and any sequence that crosses the limit you set is flagged in the sheet, which is usually the earliest sign a domain or a list needs attention.
