Give it a watch list once, such as folders, file types, or name patterns that matter. Anything matching triggers a text near the deadline while everything else stays in the daily Teams post.
What if someone empties a whole folder?
Items deleted in the same batch are grouped and called out together, so a folder emptied by accident is obvious in the post rather than lost among single files.
