Automated Omny Studio Publish Readiness Checks

Every morning, WebRun signs in to Omny Studio, opens every episode scheduled to publish in the next three days, checks each for artwork, a title, a description, a category, and a valid publish date, opens a Trello card for each gap it finds, and pings the producer on WhatsApp when an episode is not ready.

In short

How do I check podcast episodes are ready before they publish?

WebRun checks your Omny Studio publish queue every morning. It opens each episode scheduled for the next three days, verifies artwork, title, description, category, and audio, opens a Trello card for every gap, and pings the producer on WhatsApp about anything not ready to publish.

  • Missing artwork or descriptions are caught days before publish
  • Every gap becomes a dated card instead of a memory
  • The producer knows each morning exactly what is ready

Built for podcast producers · radio networks · audio teams · media publishers

    • Keep the message inside the internal group you approve during setup

Done when The producer knows which upcoming episodes are ready and which are not.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it publish an episode for me?

No. Publishing is irreversible once an episode reaches the feed, so WebRun never presses publish, never changes a schedule, and never edits episode metadata. It reports the gaps and a producer fixes them.

Does it upload audio or artwork?

No. Uploads are blocked entirely. WebRun checks whether artwork and audio are present and names what is missing, but adding the file stays a human task.

What if an episode is already fully ready?

No card is created and the WhatsApp note simply confirms it is ready. Cards are only opened for genuine gaps, so the board never fills with noise.

Put this on autopilot.
