Automated NOW Subscription Renewal Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun opens your team's NOW account, checks which passes are active and when each one next renews, posts the current status to Telegram, and texts your finance admin through Twilio a few days before the next renewal charge lands.
How do I get reminded before my NOW subscription renews?
WebRun checks your team's NOW account every Monday for active passes and their renewal dates, posts the current status to Telegram, and texts your finance admin through Twilio a few days before the next renewal charge, so a shared subscription never renews as a surprise on the statement.

Questions, answered
Does WebRun renew, cancel, or change the subscription?
No. WebRun only reads the current pass and renewal status. Renewing, canceling, or changing a plan is always done by a person.
Will finance get texted for every pass?
No. Twilio only fires when a pass is renewing within three days. Everything else just shows in the weekly Telegram status.
What if we cancel a pass mid week?
It reads the live status on NOW each Monday, so a canceled pass drops out of both the Telegram status and future Twilio reminders.
