Automated NAB Scheduled Payment Cover Check

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to NAB, lists the scheduled payments and direct debits due over the coming week with their dates and amounts, compares the running total against the balance in the account they draw from, messages you on WhatsApp when the money will not stretch, and drafts an unsent Gmail note to your bookkeeper.

In short

How do I know if my account covers this week's scheduled payments?

WebRun signs in to NAB every Monday and lists the scheduled payments and direct debits due over the coming week, comparing the running total against the balance covering them. It messages you any shortfall on WhatsApp and drafts an unsent Gmail note for your bookkeeper, never moving money itself.

  • A shortfall is seen days before the payment lands
  • The week's outgoings are totalled without opening the bank
  • No money is moved or paid without you doing it

Built for small business owners · sole traders · office managers · bookkeepers

Questions, answered

Can it move money between my accounts?

No. WebRun only reads balances and scheduled payments and reports what it finds. Every transfer, payment, and cancellation is done by you in your own banking session.

Will it email my bookkeeper without me?

No. The note is left as an unsent Gmail draft. You read it and decide whether to send, so nothing about your finances leaves your account on its own.

What counts as a shortfall?

Any day in the coming week where the running balance falls below the payments still to land, or below the buffer you set. The day and the payment that tips it are both named.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
