In short

How do I automatically invoice storage customers every month for their moving company storage units?

WebRun opens Elromco on the first of each month, finds every active storage customer with charges due, creates a draft Stripe invoice for each, and drafts a billing email in Gmail for team review. Your team approves and sends each invoice. No customer is charged or contacted without a human reviewing the billing first.

  • Every active storage unit is invoiced on the first of the month without manual effort
  • Customers with overdue balances are flagged for priority follow-up before new invoices go out
  • Draft invoices and emails wait for team review so no incorrect charge reaches a customer

Questions, answered

Will it charge customers or send invoices automatically?

No. WebRun creates draft Stripe invoices and Gmail email drafts, but neither is finalized or sent until a team member reviews and approves them. No customer is charged without human sign-off.

What happens if a customer vacates their storage unit mid-month?

WebRun reads the active unit status from Elromco each run. Vacated units do not appear in the billing list, so no invoice is created for a customer who has already moved out.

Can it handle customers with multiple storage units?

Yes. WebRun creates a separate line item in the Stripe invoice for each unit and combines them into one billing email per customer so they see their full monthly storage charge in one place.
