No. WebRun reads billing and cluster settings only. Resizing, pausing, and deleting clusters stay entirely with your engineers, and nothing is changed by the run.
Does it see our data?
No. The run stays in the Atlas billing and cluster configuration screens. It never opens a database, browses collections, or runs a query.
When does it warn me about spend?
When a cluster's charge rises past the percentage you set against the previous period. Below that threshold the report is filed in Drive with no message sent.
