Automated MoneyGram Transfer Record Keeping
Every night, WebRun signs into MoneyGram, reads the transfers completed since the last run, records the reference number, recipient, amount sent, fee, and exchange rate for each, posts the running record to your bookkeeping channel in Microsoft Teams, and sends the night's total to WhatsApp.
How do I keep a running record of money transfers for bookkeeping?
Every night, WebRun signs into MoneyGram, reads the transfers completed that day, and records the reference number, recipient, amount, fee, and exchange rate for each. It posts the running record to Microsoft Teams and sends the nightly total to WhatsApp, so reconciliation never means digging through receipts.
- The month's transfers, fees, and rates sit in one place at close
- Fees out of line with the rest of the month get flagged the night they happen
- Reconciliation stops meaning a hunt through paper receipts
Built for bookkeepers · small business finance teams · import and export businesses · companies paying overseas contractors

Questions, answered
Will it send or cancel a transfer?
No. WebRun only reads your MoneyGram transfer history and writes it down. Sending money, cancelling a transfer, or amending recipient details stays entirely with a person, so no funds move on their own.
Does the record include fees and exchange rates?
Yes. Every line carries the reference number, recipient, amount sent, amount received, the fee charged, and the exchange rate applied, which is what reconciliation actually needs.
Where do the recipient details go?
Only to your own internal Microsoft Teams channel and finance chat. Nothing is emailed outside your organisation, and recipients are never contacted.
