In short

How do I get a daily summary of Microsoft Forms responses?

WebRun opens Microsoft Forms every morning and reads every response submitted since the last run. It counts answers per form, pulls out the notable free-text comments, drafts a digest email in Gmail for you to approve, and posts the headline numbers to your team's WhatsApp group before the day starts.

  • Yesterday's responses are read and summarised before 8am
  • Complaints and requests in free-text answers are surfaced, not buried
  • The team sees volume shifts the morning they happen

Questions, answered

Will it email people without my approval?

No. The digest is left as a Gmail draft addressed to your list, and nothing leaves your account until you read it and press send. Only the internal WhatsApp group post is automatic.

Does it reply to the people who filled in the form?

No. WebRun never contacts a respondent. It only reads responses and reports them to you and your team internally.

What if no responses came in overnight?

You still get a one-line WhatsApp note saying zero responses, and no email draft is created, so a quiet night does not clutter your inbox.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
