In short

How do I check a scheduled podcast episode is ready before it publishes?

Every morning WebRun opens Megaphone, reads every episode scheduled to publish, and checks each one for ad markers, artwork, a description, and a correct pub date. It opens a Trello card for each gap and messages you the preflight list on WhatsApp before the drop goes live.

  • No episode drops missing its ad markers or artwork
  • Gaps are found the morning before publish, not after listeners notice
  • Every gap arrives as a Trello card with the hours remaining

Questions, answered

Will it publish or unpublish an episode?

No. WebRun reads the scheduled episode list and reports what is missing. It never publishes, unpublishes, reschedules, or edits an episode, so no drop goes out on its own.

Can it add the missing artwork or description?

No. It names the gap and opens a Trello card for it. Uploading artwork, writing a description, and placing ad markers stay with your production team.

What if an episode is fixed before the next run?

It reads the live episode state every morning, so a completed episode drops off the list and its Trello card is closed automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
