In short

How do I track hotel free cancellation deadlines?

WebRun watches your Marriott Bonvoy cancellation deadlines every morning. It reads each upcoming reservation with its stay dates and rate details, works out the last date it can be cancelled free of charge, tracks every deadline in Airtable, and shows a countdown per booking in Notion, nearest first.

  • Plans that changed get cancelled while it still costs nothing
  • Every booking carries a visible countdown, not a buried policy line
  • Non-refundable rates are separated so they are never mistaken for flexible ones

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.marriott.com/login.mi in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  4. 3

    notion.so

    • Call out anything inside the final 48 hours, and list the non-refundable bookings separately so they are not mistaken for flexible ones

Questions, answered

Will it cancel or change a booking for me?

No. WebRun only reads your reservations and their cancellation terms. Cancelling, modifying or rebooking always stays with you, so a countdown is all it produces and no stay is ever changed automatically.

How does it work out the free cancellation date?

It reads the cancellation policy attached to the rate on each reservation and calculates the last date and time you can cancel without a charge, then counts down to it each morning against the current date.

What about prepaid or non-refundable rates?

Those are listed separately and marked clearly, because there is no free cancellation window to count down to. Keeping them apart means a non-refundable booking is never mistaken for a flexible one on the countdown.

Put this on autopilot.
