How do I catch a credit limit breach before an order ships?
Through the day WebRun checks every new Marg ERP order against the retailer's sanctioned credit limit, cross-checks the true outstanding balance in Xero, and alerts your sales manager on WhatsApp the moment an order would breach the limit. Holding or approving the order stays a human decision, so no shipment slips past credit control unnoticed.
- A credit breach is caught before the order ships, not after
- False alarms drop once Xero confirms the real outstanding balance
- Sales managers get one WhatsApp alert instead of checking limits by hand
Built for FMCG distributors · pharma wholesalers · credit control teams · sales managers

1
Marg ERP - check new orders against the credit limit
WebRun opens Marg ERP to check new orders against the credit limit. - Open Marg ERP and load new orders alongside each retailer's sanctioned credit limit and current outstanding
- Add the new order's value to the outstanding to see if the limit is breached
- Flag every order that would push a retailer over their limit
Done when Every new order has been checked against its retailer's credit limit.
-
2
Xero - confirm the true outstanding balance
WebRun opens Xero to confirm the true outstanding balance. - For each flagged order, confirm the retailer's outstanding balance recorded in Xero
- Note any payment showing in Xero that has not yet reached Marg ERP
- Clear the flag if a recent payment brings the retailer back under the limit
Done when Every flagged order has a confirmed outstanding balance from Xero.
-
3
WhatsApp - alert the sales manager to hold the order
WebRun opens WhatsApp to alert the sales manager to hold the order. - Send the sales manager a short alert naming the retailer, the order value, and the amount over the limit
- Ask them to approve, adjust, or hold the order
- Keep it internal. WebRun never holds, releases, or messages the retailer about it directly
Done when The sales manager has been alerted to every genuine credit limit breach.
How is each run configured?

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it hold or release an order automatically?
No. WebRun only flags a genuine credit limit breach and alerts your sales manager on WhatsApp. Holding, releasing, or approving an override on the order is always a decision a person makes in Marg ERP.
Does it message the retailer about the breach?
No. The alert goes only to your own sales manager. WebRun never contacts a retailer about their credit limit or outstanding balance on its own.
What if a retailer just paid but it has not updated in Marg ERP yet?
It cross-checks the outstanding balance in Xero before alerting, so a payment already recorded there clears the flag instead of raising a false breach.
