No. WebRun reads approval status and reports it. It never approves, rejects, reassigns, or reschedules a change, and it never edits a request in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
Does it text the approvers directly?
No. Only your own number is texted automatically. Approver nudges are drafted and left queued in Twilio for you to read and release, so nobody is chased on WebRun's say-so.
How does it decide a change is at risk?
It compares outstanding approvals against the planned start date using the lead time you set, so a change unapproved inside that window is the one that gets flagged.
