Automated MakeMyTrip Refund Status Tracking
Every morning, WebRun signs into MakeMyTrip, opens each cancelled booking, reads the refund status and the amount owed, updates an Airtable record with how many days it has been pending, and opens a Trello card for any refund past your chase threshold.
How do I track refunds owed on cancelled travel bookings?
WebRun signs into MakeMyTrip every morning and reads the refund status on every cancelled booking, capturing the amount owed and the payment method. It tracks days pending in Airtable and opens a Trello card for each refund past your chase threshold, ready for someone to raise.
- Every cancelled booking still owed money stays visible
- Days pending is counted from the cancellation date, not guessed
- Refunds that land clear themselves off the list

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it raise support tickets or cancel bookings?
No. WebRun reads refund status only. Raising a ticket, replying to support, or cancelling anything stays with your travel desk, which is why the card carries the reference and the amount.
Does it ever touch payment details?
No. It reads which payment method the refund is going back to as shown on the booking, and never enters, stores, or changes card or bank details anywhere.
When does a refund land on the chase list?
Once it has been pending longer than the threshold you set, counted from the cancellation date. Refunds credited since the last run are closed off automatically.
