Automatic Mailshake Campaign Runway Alerts

Every morning, WebRun opens Mailshake, counts how many prospects each running campaign still has to send to, works out how many days of sending that leaves at the current pace, writes the runway into Notion, and files a top-up brief in Google Drive for the campaigns running dry.

In short

How do I know when a cold email campaign is running out of prospects?

WebRun watches your outbound fuel every morning. It opens Mailshake, counts the prospects each running campaign has left, converts that into days of sending at the current pace, writes the runway into Notion, and files a top-up brief in Google Drive before a campaign runs dry.

  • Send volume never quietly falls to zero
  • Every low campaign arrives with a sized top-up brief
  • Runway is measured in days, not raw prospect counts

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.mailshake.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Mailshake - count prospects left per campaign
    mailshake.com
WebRun in Mailshake: count prospects left per campaign
WebRun opens Mailshake to count prospects left per campaign.
    • Open Mailshake and list every campaign currently sending
    • Read how many prospects are left to receive their next sequence step
    • Note the daily send volume and the sending accounts attached to each campaign
    • Work out the days of runway left, and flag anything under your threshold

Done when Every running campaign has a remaining prospect count and a days-of-runway figure.

  3. 2
Notion - write the runway table
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: write the runway table
WebRun opens Notion to write the runway table.
    • Write a runway table into Notion: campaign, prospects left, daily volume, days remaining
    • Sort so the campaign closest to running dry sits at the top
    • Keep yesterday's figures alongside so a shrinking list is obvious

Done when Notion holds today's runway table sorted by urgency.

  4. 3
Google Drive - file the top-up brief
    drive.google.com
WebRun in Google Drive: file the top-up brief
WebRun opens Google Drive to file the top-up brief.
    • File a short top-up brief in Google Drive for each campaign under the threshold
    • State how many prospects are needed to keep sending for the next two weeks, and the profile that campaign targets
    • Leave list building to a person. WebRun never imports prospects or edits a campaign

Done when Each low campaign has a top-up brief filed in Google Drive.

Questions, answered

Will it add prospects to a campaign itself?

No. WebRun writes a top-up brief saying how many prospects are needed and who they should look like. Importing a list or editing a campaign is done by a person.

How is days of runway calculated?

It divides the prospects still waiting on a sequence step by the campaign's current daily send volume, so a fast-sending campaign shows a shorter runway than a slow one.

Does it send anything to prospects?

No. WebRun only reads campaign counts and writes internally to Notion and Google Drive. No email leaves your sending accounts because of this run.

Put this on autopilot.
