LymphaTech Automated Garment Order Prep
Every morning, WebRun opens LymphaTech, finds scans completed since the last run, reads the circumferential and volume measurements, prepares a compression garment order with the recommended size and style, saves a filled order sheet to Google Drive, and posts your fitter a Slack list of orders ready to review and submit.
How do I turn a completed LymphaTech scan into a garment order automatically?
WebRun opens LymphaTech each morning, reads the measurements and recommended size from every newly completed scan, and fills a compression garment order sheet saved to Google Drive. It then posts your fitter a Slack list of prepared orders to review and submit, so no order reaches the vendor without a human check.
- Order sheets are prepared from the scan in minutes, not filled out by hand
- Every prepared order waits for a fitter to review before it reaches the vendor
- Scans with missing measurements are flagged for a rescan instead of a bad order

Questions, answered
Will it submit the garment order to the vendor on its own?
No. WebRun prepares the order sheet from the scan and leaves it in a Prepared state for your fitter to review and submit. No order is placed with the garment vendor without a human check.
How does it pick the size and style?
It uses the recommended size, style, and compression class the LymphaTech sizing tool produces from the scan measurements. Your fitter confirms the recommendation before the order goes out.
What if a scan looks incomplete or the measurements seem off?
It flags any scan with missing landmarks or values it cannot read and leaves that order out of the prepared list, noting it in Slack so a clinician can rescan before an order is built.
