In short

How do I reconcile Lufthansa flight bookings against travel spend?

WebRun checks your company's upcoming Lufthansa bookings every Monday, logs each flight, fare, and traveler to Airtable, and updates a running Notion reconciliation summary, so finance can match travel spend against budget without collecting confirmation emails by hand.

  • Travel spend is reconciled weekly instead of at month end
  • Schedule changes and cancellations get flagged before they hit an invoice
  • Every flight has a logged fare and traveler in one place

Questions, answered

Does WebRun book or change flights for travelers?

No. WebRun only reads existing bookings on the company account. Booking, changing, or canceling a flight is always done by a person.

How does it handle a schedule change?

It reads the live booking status each week and flags any change or cancellation in both Airtable and the Notion summary, so finance sees it before the invoice does.

Can finance trust the reconciliation total?

It reflects only what Lufthansa shows as confirmed that week. Anything canceled or refunded is flagged separately rather than silently dropped.

Put this on autopilot.
