In short

How do I keep up with unanswered comments on my Loom videos?

WebRun opens your Loom library each morning, reads the comments on the videos you own, and keeps the ones with no reply from you. It builds a Trello queue holding the video, the viewer, and the question, then sends the longest waiting questions to WhatsApp so nothing sits for days.

  • A question on a walkthrough gets answered within a day
  • Every unanswered comment sits on one Trello board
  • Comments you already replied to drop off automatically

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it reply to viewers on my behalf?

No. WebRun only reads the comments and builds your queue. Every reply is written and posted by you in Loom, so nothing goes to a viewer without your words.

How does it know a comment was answered?

It reads the live comment thread on each video every morning. Once your reply is there, the comment drops out of the queue and the Trello card is closed.

Does it cover videos other people own?

It focuses on the videos you own in the workspace library, since those are the ones you are expected to answer. You can widen the scope to a whole workspace folder.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
