No. WebRun never deletes a message, never empties a mailbox and never changes a quota or a hosting plan. It reads the numbers and reports them, so every change stays an admin action in Locaweb.
Does it read the contents of the mailboxes?
No. It reads only account level storage figures and the quota set against each address. Message contents are never opened, copied or reported.
How early does the warning come?
As soon as a mailbox crosses the threshold you set, and earlier for fast-filling accounts, because WebRun compares against the previous run and reports the growth rate alongside the percentage used.
