No. WebRun only compares the live account against your Trello board and reports the difference. Deleting or resizing an instance always stays a manual decision you make in Linode.
What counts as an untracked instance?
Any Linode running on the account with no matching card on your provisioning board, which usually means it was spun up outside the normal process.
Does it check every instance on the account?
Yes. It lists every active Linode under the account each week, regardless of which project or region it's in.
