Automated Lemlist Reply Routing
Every hour during working hours, WebRun opens lemlist, reads replies received since the last run, sorts them into interested, not now, out of office and opt-out, texts the owning rep through Twilio about the interested ones, and posts the full breakdown to Microsoft Teams for the wider team.
How do I make sure interested cold email replies reach a rep fast?
WebRun opens lemlist every hour during the working day, reads replies received since the last run, and classifies each one as interested, not now, out of office, wrong person or opt-out. It texts the owning rep about interested replies through Twilio and posts the full breakdown to Microsoft Teams.
- Interested prospects hear from a human the same hour they reply
- Reps stop scanning an inbox full of autoresponders
- Opt-outs and wrong contacts are surfaced for a human to clean up
Built for outbound sales teams · agencies · SDR managers · founders doing their own outbound

Questions, answered
Will it reply to prospects for me?
No. WebRun never answers a prospect, never sends from your lemlist account and never texts a prospect's number. It reads the replies and hands each one to the rep who owns it.
Does it remove opt-outs from my campaigns?
No. Opt-out and wrong person replies are called out in the Teams post so a human removes or reassigns them. WebRun does not edit lead lists, pause campaigns or change sequences.
How does it tell an interested reply from an out of office?
It reads the wording of each reply and classifies it as interested, not now, out of office, wrong person or opt-out. Only the interested ones trigger a text, so a rep's phone stays quiet for autoresponders.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
