Automated LeadSquared Rep Activity Scorecard

Every Monday, WebRun opens LeadSquared, counts the activities, tasks and opportunities each sales user logged last week, checks Google Calendar for the meetings they actually held, builds a side by side scorecard, and leaves it as a Gmail draft for the sales manager to review and send.

In short

How do I compare selling activity across my sales reps each week?

Every Monday WebRun opens LeadSquared, counts the calls, tasks and opportunities each sales user logged last week, checks Google Calendar for the meetings they actually held, then drafts a side by side rep scorecard in Gmail for the manager to review, so coaching goes to the person who went quiet.

  • Coaching goes to the rep who went quiet, not the whole team
  • Logged activity is checked against meetings that actually happened
  • Leave is read from the calendar so quiet weeks are explained

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.leadsquared.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
LeadSquared - count activity per rep
    leadsquared.com

WebRun opens LeadSquared to count activity per rep.
    • Open LeadSquared and set the date range to the week just finished
    • Count logged activities per sales user, split by calls, emails, and notes
    • Count tasks completed and tasks left overdue for each user
    • Count opportunities created, advanced, and closed, and how many leads each user touched

Done when Every sales user has last week's activity, task, and opportunity counts.

  3. 2
Google Calendar - check meetings actually held
    calendar.google.com
WebRun in Google Calendar: check meetings actually held
WebRun opens Google Calendar to check meetings actually held.
    • Open each rep's shared Google Calendar for the same week
    • Count the customer meetings that actually happened, ignoring internal blocks and holidays
    • Note anyone who was on leave so a quiet week is not read as a coaching problem
    • Match meetings against opportunities so calendar time lines up with pipeline

Done when Each rep's meeting count and time off is known for the same week.

  4. 3
Gmail - draft the scorecard for review
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: draft the scorecard for review
WebRun opens Gmail to draft the scorecard for review.
    • Draft the scorecard email in Gmail with one row per rep and the counts side by side
    • Show the change against each rep's own four-week average, not just the raw number
    • Call out who went quiet and who is carrying overdue tasks
    • Leave it in Drafts. The sales manager reads it and decides whether to send it on

Done when The rep scorecard sits in Gmail Drafts ready for the manager to review.

Questions, answered

Will it email the scorecard to the whole team?

No. The scorecard is left in Gmail Drafts for the sales manager. Nothing reaches a rep or the wider team until a person reviews it and presses send.

Does a rep on holiday look like a slacker?

No. WebRun reads time off from the shared Google Calendar and marks the week as leave, so the scorecard says away rather than showing a misleading zero.

Does it change anything in LeadSquared?

No. WebRun reads activities, tasks, and opportunities and writes nothing back, so lead records and pipeline stages stay exactly as your reps left them.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
