Automated LeadIQ Prospect List Export

Every evening, WebRun opens LeadIQ, compiles every prospect captured that day with their verified email and title, exports the list to a Google Sheet formatted for your sequencer or CRM import, and logs the accounts prospected to a running Notion database so the same account does not get prospected twice by different reps.

In short

How do I export LeadIQ prospects without duplicating work across reps?

Every evening, WebRun opens LeadIQ and compiles the prospects captured that day with their verified email and title, exporting the list to a Google Sheet ready for your sequencer or CRM import. It also logs the prospected accounts to a Notion database, so the same company does not get worked twice by two different reps.

  • A ready to import list is waiting every evening, not built by hand
  • Accounts never get prospected twice by different reps
  • Verified details travel with the export instead of getting lost

Questions, answered

Does it import the list into my sequencer automatically?

No. WebRun exports a ready to import Google Sheet, but the actual import into your sequencer or CRM is a separate step your team runs.

How does it prevent two reps prospecting the same account?

It checks the Notion log before adding a new entry, so if another rep already logged that account, it gets flagged instead of quietly duplicated.

Does it verify the emails itself?

No. WebRun uses the verification status LeadIQ already provides when a prospect is captured. It does not run its own separate verification.

Put this on autopilot.
