Automated Leadfeeder Repeat Visitor Watchlist
Every Monday, WebRun opens Leadfeeder, finds the companies that visited more than once last week, records each one with its visit count, industry, and the pages it read into an Airtable watchlist, then writes a short account brief in Notion for the accounts crossing your interest threshold.
How do I find which companies keep visiting my website?
WebRun turns Leadfeeder into a weekly account watchlist. Every Monday it finds the companies that visited your site more than once last week, logs each with its visit count and top pages in Airtable, and writes a short Notion brief for accounts crossing your interest threshold.
- Genuine repeat interest is separated from one-off traffic every week
- Reps open a written brief instead of a raw visitor feed
- Airtable shows which accounts are warming week over week
Built for B2B sales teams · demand generation marketers · account executives · agencies

1
Leadfeeder - find repeat visiting companies
WebRun opens Leadfeeder to find repeat visiting companies. - Open Leadfeeder and set the date range to the last 7 days
- List companies with more than one visit in that window
- For each one capture visit count, total time on site, industry, location, and the pages viewed most
- Note whether the company already appears in your existing customer or opportunity feed

- Add a row for each new company with visits, industry, and top pages
- Increment the running visit total for companies already on the watchlist

Done when The watchlist reflects last week's visits for every company.
-
3
Notion - write the account brief
WebRun opens Notion to write the account brief. - Create or update a short account brief page in Notion for each company over your interest threshold
- Summarise what they read, in what order, and how the interest is trending

Questions, answered
Will it contact any of these companies?
No. WebRun never emails, messages, or connects with a visiting company. It writes an internal Airtable row and a Notion brief, and every outreach decision and message stays with your reps.
How many visits before a company makes the list?
You set the threshold, for example two visits in a week for the watchlist and four for a Notion brief. Companies under the threshold are simply left out so the list stays short.
Does it filter out our own team and existing customers?
Yes, if you tell it to. WebRun can skip your own company, agencies, ISPs, and any account already flagged as a customer in Leadfeeder, so the watchlist is genuinely new interest.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
