Automated Knowlarity Agent Call Scorecards

Every Monday, WebRun opens Knowlarity, reads last week's call logs, totals answered calls, missed calls, and average duration for each agent, sends the ranked scorecard on WhatsApp, and books coaching time in Google Calendar for whoever slipped the most.

In short

How do I see how each agent handled last week's calls?

WebRun reads your Knowlarity call logs every Monday and groups the week by agent, totalling answered calls, missed calls, and average duration. It sends the manager a ranked scorecard on WhatsApp with the change against last week, and books Google Calendar coaching time where the missed rate slipped.

  • Coaching lands on the agent the numbers actually point to
  • Answered and missed volumes seen weekly, not guessed
  • Movement against last week shown next to every figure

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens knowlarity.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Knowlarity - read last week's call logs

    • Open Knowlarity and pull the call logs for the last seven days
    • Group every call by the agent who handled or missed it
    • Total answered calls, missed calls, and average call duration per agent
    • Compare each agent against the previous week and against the team average

Done when Every agent has last week's answered, missed, and duration figures.

  3. 2
WhatsApp - send the agent scorecard
    whatsapp.com

    • Send the manager a ranked scorecard, highest answered volume first
    • Give each agent answered, missed, missed rate, and average call length
    • Show the change against the previous week next to each figure
    • Send to your internal team group only. WebRun never contacts a caller

Done when The manager has the week's scorecard with movement against last week.

  4. 3
Google Calendar - book coaching time
    calendar.google.com
WebRun in Google Calendar: book coaching time

    • Book a coaching slot for any agent whose missed rate moved past your threshold
    • Put their figures and the week over week change in the event description
    • Keep the event on the manager's calendar rather than inviting the agent automatically

Done when Coaching time is booked for whoever the numbers point to.

Questions, answered

Does it call or message anyone who rang in?

No. WebRun reads the call logs and reports the totals. It never dials out, returns a missed call, or sends a caller a message. Every follow-up stays with your team.

Can it separate teams or queues?

Yes. Tell WebRun which numbers or queues belong to which team and the scorecard is grouped that way, so a sales line and a support line are not averaged together.

Is the coaching invite sent to the agent?

No. The calendar block sits on the manager's own calendar with the figures attached. Whether to include the agent, and when, is the manager's decision.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
