Automated Khan Academy Progress Reports

Every week, WebRun signs into Khan Academy, opens each class you teach, records learning minutes, skills levelled up, and assignment completion for every learner into a dated tab in Google Sheets, then sends you a WhatsApp summary showing who moved forward and who barely logged in.

In short

How do I track weekly Khan Academy class progress?

WebRun opens your Khan Academy teacher dashboard each week and records every learner's minutes, skills levelled up, and assignment completion into a dated Google Sheets tab per class. It then sends you a WhatsApp summary naming who progressed and who barely logged in, so the history builds itself.

  • A term of week-by-week progress history builds without manual entry
  • Learners slowing down across three weeks show up in the trend column
  • Parent conversations start from real minutes and skills, not impressions

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it contact students or parents?

No. The WhatsApp summary goes to you and your teaching team only. Any message home stays a human decision, and WebRun never contacts a learner or a family on its own.

Does it change anything in Khan Academy?

No. WebRun only reads the teacher dashboard. It never assigns work, changes a due date, marks anything complete, or edits a learner's record.

How is student data handled?

It stays between Khan Academy, the Google Sheet you own, and your own WhatsApp. Nothing is posted publicly, nothing goes to a third party, and the sheet lives in your Drive under your access controls.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
