Automated JustCall Weekly Call Scorecard
Every Monday, WebRun opens JustCall, reads last week's calls for every user, totals call volume, connected calls, talk time, and how calls were dispositioned, writes the per rep numbers into Airtable, and posts a ranked scorecard to Notion before the sales meeting starts.
How do I get a weekly report of call activity per sales rep?
WebRun builds your weekly call scorecard every Monday. It reads last week's JustCall logs, totals calls, connected calls, talk time, and dispositions for each rep, records the numbers in Airtable, and posts a ranked scorecard to Notion so the sales meeting starts with real figures.
- Monday meetings start with per rep numbers, not impressions
- Call volume, connect rate, and talk time are tracked week on week
- The scorecard is waiting in Notion before anyone opens a dashboard
Built for sales managers · SDR teams · inside sales · call centre leads

Questions, answered
Will it message my reps or customers?
No. Everything it produces is internal: rows in your Airtable base and a scorecard on your Notion sales page. It never calls, texts, or emails a rep or a customer on its own.
What numbers does the scorecard show?
Calls made, calls connected, connect rate, total talk time, average call length, and the disposition mix, per rep for the full week, with the change against the week before.
Does it listen to call recordings?
No. It reads the call log metadata in JustCall: who called, when, how long, and the disposition set afterwards. Recordings and call content are never opened or transcribed.
