Automated Itau Card Statement Countdowns

Every morning, WebRun signs into Itau, reads each credit card's current statement amount, closing date and due date, counts the days to each, checks whether a payment is already scheduled, opens a Trello card for the ones approaching, and messages you on WhatsApp with the countdown per card.

In short

How do I track credit card closing and due dates automatically?

Every morning WebRun signs into Itau, reads each credit card's statement amount, closing date and due date, and counts the days to both. It checks whether a payment is already scheduled, opens a Trello card as a due date nears, and messages you the countdown on WhatsApp. It never pays anything itself.

  • Every card's amount, closing date and due date fit on one line each morning
  • Cards with a payment already scheduled stop nagging you
  • No payment is ever made or scheduled by the automation

Built for small business owners · finance managers · freelancers · households with several cards

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.itau.com.br in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Itau - read closing and due dates per card
    itau.com.br
WebRun in Itau: read closing and due dates per card
WebRun opens Itau to read closing and due dates per card.
    • Sign in to Itau and open each credit card on the account
    • Record the current statement amount, the closing date and the due date
    • Count the days to closing and the days to due for each card
    • Check the account statement for a scheduled payment already covering the bill
    • Note cards where the amount has moved sharply since yesterday
    • Never make, schedule or cancel a payment: WebRun only reads

Done when Every card has its amount, closing date, due date and payment status recorded.

  3. 2
    WhatsApp - send the countdown
    whatsapp.com
WebRun in WhatsApp: send the countdown
WebRun opens WhatsApp to send the countdown.
    • Message yourself one line per card: amount, days to close, days to due
    • Mark clearly which cards already have a payment scheduled
    • Put the card closest to its due date first
    • Stay quiet on days when every card is scheduled and nothing is close

Done when The countdown for every card has reached you.

  4. 3
Trello - open a card as the due date nears
    trello.com
WebRun in Trello: open a card as the due date nears
WebRun opens Trello to open a card as the due date nears.
    • Open a Trello card for each statement entering the window you set before its due date
    • Put the amount, the due date and the card name in the description
    • Set the Trello due date to the day before the payment is due
    • Close the card once the statement shows as paid, and leave the payment itself to you

Done when Every approaching statement has a dated Trello card.

Questions, answered

Will it pay the card for me?

No, never. WebRun reads statements and counts the days. Making or scheduling a payment moves money, so it is always done by you inside your own banking session.

Does it know if I already scheduled the payment?

Yes. It checks the account statement for a scheduled payment covering the bill and marks that card as handled, so the reminder stops once the payment is set up.

Why track the closing date and not just the due date?

Because a purchase made after closing falls onto the next statement instead of this one. Seeing both dates lets you time a large purchase and still know exactly what is owed now.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
