Automated iTalki Package Expiry Reminders

Every Monday, WebRun opens iTalki, reads how many lessons are left in each package and when it expires, drafts a polite booking reminder in Gmail for any package running out of time, and sends you a WhatsApp summary of which packages need lessons scheduled this week.

In short

How do I get reminded before my iTalki lesson package expires?

WebRun reviews your iTalki lesson packages every Monday, reading how many credits are left and when each package expires. It drafts a polite booking reminder in Gmail for anything running out of time and sends you a WhatsApp summary, so paid lesson credits get used instead of quietly expiring.

  • Lesson credits get booked instead of expiring unused
  • Reminder emails are written for you and wait for one click
  • Expiring packages are ranked soonest-first every Monday

Done when You have this week's expiring-package list on WhatsApp.

Questions, answered

Will it email my tutor without me?

No. Every reminder is left as an unsent Gmail draft. You read it, edit the tone, and hit send yourself. WebRun never emails a tutor or a student on its own.

Will it book lessons for me?

No. WebRun reads your iTalki packages and tells you what needs booking. Choosing a slot and confirming the booking stays with you, so you never get a lesson at a time that does not work.

How far ahead does it warn me?

As far as you want. The default warning window is 30 days before a package expires, and you can shorten or lengthen it so busy weeks get more notice.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
