Questions, answered
Will it download assets or spend my credits?
No. WebRun only reads the history of downloads you already made and the invoices behind them. It never downloads an asset, never uses a subscription credit, and never makes a purchase, so the archive costs nothing to build.
Can I prove what was licensed for a given client?
Yes. Each row carries the asset identifier, the license type, the invoice reference and the client or project taken from the board, so you can show exactly what was licensed for whom and what it cost, without digging back through the account.
What happens if a download has no matching invoice?
It is still written to the archive and flagged in the Telegram note as unmatched. That is the record you would struggle to prove months later, so it is surfaced the same night while the detail is easy to recover.
