No. WebRun reads who has access and writes it down. Removing a member, archiving a project, or changing a share setting stays with the design lead inside InVision.
Does it copy the designs themselves?
No. The inventory holds names, screen counts, members, and dates. WebRun does not download screens, export assets, or copy artwork out of the platform.
Why keep the inventory outside the tool?
Handovers and access reviews need a searchable list that survives the account, so an Airtable record of what exists and who can see it is the thing people actually ask for.
