Will it text people without my approval?
No. WebRun drafts the text in Twilio and leaves it queued for you to approve. It only addresses the team numbers you saved, and it never messages a client.
Does it edit, export, or delete a project?
No. WebRun reads the project list and the edit dates only. Finishing, exporting, or removing a draft stays with the person who owns it.
How many days idle counts as stalled?
You set the threshold, commonly three days. Anything untouched for longer appears on the Slack list, and anything due within two days also gets a queued text.
