What counts as running low?
A remaining balance that would run out before the cycle resets at the current pace of use. That's when the Telegram warning fires.
Can it break usage down by team member?
It reports account-wide usage. If Icons8 exposes per-seat data on your plan, tell WebRun and it includes the breakdown in the digest.
