Automated HoYoLAB Code and Event Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens HoYoLAB, checks the news and events feed for new redemption codes, banners, and community events across your tracked games, logs each one to Airtable with its game and expiry date, and drafts a Gmail digest for your community team to review and send.

In short

How do I keep track of new HoYoLAB redemption codes and events?

WebRun checks the HoYoLAB news and events feed every Monday for new redemption codes and community events across your tracked games, logs each one to Airtable with its expiry date, and drafts a Gmail digest for your community team, so nothing gets redeemed too late or missed on your channels.

  • Active codes are logged before they expire unused
  • The community team gets one digest instead of checking the feed daily
  • Expired codes are marked automatically so nobody shares a dead code

Done when A ready to send digest draft is waiting in Gmail.

Questions, answered

Does WebRun redeem the codes for me?

No. WebRun only reads and logs codes from the HoYoLAB feed. Redeeming a code in game is left to each player, WebRun never enters anything into a game account.

Will the digest email send itself?

No. WebRun always leaves the weekly digest as a Gmail draft. A person on your community team reviews and sends it.

What happens to codes that expire?

WebRun checks the live feed each Monday and marks any expired code in Airtable, so the digest only ever lists what is still active.

Put this on autopilot.
