In short

How do I find prospects who open my emails but never reply?

WebRun reads your Groove flows every morning and finds the prospects who keep opening and clicking but never reply. It checks each Gmail thread to drop anyone who already answered, then posts your reps a ranked Slack call list with the engagement reason beside every name.

  • Warm attention gets a phone call instead of another automated step
  • Reps open Slack to a ranked queue every morning
  • Prospects who already replied are filtered out before the list is posted

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.groove.co in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Groove - find engaged prospects with no reply
    groove.co
WebRun in Groove: find engaged prospects with no reply
WebRun opens Groove to find engaged prospects with no reply.
    • Open Groove and list the prospects in your active flows
    • Read the opens and clicks recorded against each flow step
    • Keep the prospects with repeat opens or a link click and no reply logged
    • Note the flow, the step they are on, and when the last engagement happened

Done when Every engaged, non-replying prospect is listed with their engagement count and flow step.

  3. 2
Gmail - check the thread for a real answer
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: check the thread for a real answer
WebRun opens Gmail to check the thread for a real answer.
    • Search Gmail for the thread with each prospect on the list
    • Drop anyone who replied off-flow, out of office, or asked to stop
    • Pull the last thing they said, if anything, as context for the call
    • Never send or reply to a prospect. WebRun only reads the thread here

Done when The list holds only prospects with genuine silence, each with their thread context.

  4. 3
Slack - post the ranked call list
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post the ranked call list
WebRun opens Slack to post the ranked call list.
    • Post today's call queue to the sales channel, ranked by engagement
    • Put the heaviest openers and link clickers at the top with their company and flow
    • Add one line per prospect on why they are on the list, such as three opens and a pricing page click
    • Leave the calling to the rep. WebRun never contacts the prospect

Done when The rep has a ranked call list waiting in Slack.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it email or call the prospect itself?

No. WebRun reads Groove and Gmail and posts an internal Slack list. It sends no email, adds no flow step, and places no call. The rep decides who to phone.

How does it rank the queue?

By engagement strength: repeat opens, link clicks, and how recently they happened. A prospect with three opens and a click yesterday sits above one with a single open last week.

What about people who replied outside the flow?

They are dropped. WebRun checks the Gmail thread for each prospect, so anyone who answered directly, bounced, or asked to stop never reaches the call list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
