How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it submit the expense claim for me?
No. WebRun prepares the pack in Google Drive and stops there. Submitting a claim, sending it to finance, or approving it stays with you, so nothing is filed on your behalf.
Can it book a ride or spend money in my Grab account?
No. It only reads your activity history. Booking, paying, tipping, and topping up are never touched, so the run cannot cost you anything.
What happens with a trip it cannot classify?
It is marked for review rather than guessed. Ambiguous trips appear in their own section of the pack so you can decide, which keeps the business total honest.
