In short

How do I keep track of students with missing assignments?

WebRun opens Google Classroom every afternoon, checks each class for assignments past their due date, and lists which students have not handed work in. It creates a Trello card per student with everything they owe and sends you a WhatsApp chase list ranked by how far behind each student is.

  • Missing work is visible the day it is late, not at term end
  • One card per student replaces scrolling every class
  • Students who catch up are named, not just the ones behind

Questions, answered

Will it message students or parents?

No. The WhatsApp list goes only to you or your own teaching group. WebRun never contacts a student or a guardian. If you want a reminder sent home, WebRun drafts it and you approve and send it yourself.

Can it grade or return work?

No. WebRun reads Google Classroom only. It never enters a grade, returns an assignment, or changes a due date, so nothing in your gradebook moves without a teacher doing it.

What happens when a student catches up?

Their Trello card moves to Cleared on the next run and the WhatsApp list names them as caught up, so you can see progress rather than only the backlog.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
