Automated Getty Images Board Review Queue
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Getty Images, opens each shared board, lists the images added since the last review, creates one Trello card per candidate with the asset title and board name, and sends the art director a Twilio text saying how many shortlists are waiting.
How do I get shortlisted stock images reviewed every week?
WebRun reviews your Getty Images boards every Monday and collects the images your team shortlisted during the week. It creates one Trello review card per candidate asset with the board name and requester, then texts the art director through Twilio, so every shortlist reaches review instead of sitting unseen.
- Every shortlisted image reaches a named reviewer within a week
- One Trello card per candidate, with no duplicates across runs
- The art director knows the review load before Monday standup

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it license or download any images?
No. WebRun only reads your boards and records what was added. It never adds an image to a cart, downloads an asset, or triggers a licence, so nothing is ever purchased on its own.
Who receives the text message?
Only the internal numbers you approve during setup, normally the art director or the creative lead. WebRun never texts a client, a contributor, or any number outside that list.
What if an image was already reviewed?
It is skipped. WebRun checks the Trello board first and only creates a card for assets that do not already have one, so a long-running shortlist never gets duplicate cards.
