In short

How do I send appointment reminders from my CRM automatically?

WebRun reads tomorrow's Follow Up Boss appointments every afternoon and drafts a reminder text for each client in Twilio, queued for a person to approve rather than sent. It then posts every agent their run sheet in Microsoft Teams, grouped by agent and ordered by start time.

  • Every client gets a reminder the day before, not the morning of
  • No text leaves without a human approving it first
  • Agents open Teams to a ready run sheet ordered by time

What does WebRun do on every run?

Questions, answered

Will it text my clients without me?

No. Every reminder is queued in Twilio and left unsent until a person approves it. WebRun writes the message and lines it up. Releasing it is always a human decision, so nothing reaches a client on its own.

What does the reminder actually say?

A short confirmation with the appointment time, the address or topic, and the agent's name. Give WebRun one example message and it matches your wording and sign-off on every run.

What happens if an appointment gets cancelled after the run?

The next afternoon run reads the live Follow Up Boss calendar again, so a cancelled appointment drops out and its queued message can be discarded before anyone approves it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
