Automated FlixBus Group Booking Reconciliation
Every morning, WebRun checks your group's FlixBus bookings against the trip roster, archives each confirmed ticket to Drive, and posts a Slack list of anyone still unconfirmed ahead of departure.
How do I reconcile a FlixBus group booking roster before departure?
WebRun checks your group's FlixBus bookings every morning against the trip roster, archives each confirmed ticket to Drive, and posts a Slack list of anyone still unconfirmed. Roster gaps surface daily in the lead-up to departure instead of turning into a surprise at the bus stop.
- Unconfirmed passengers get flagged daily, not the morning of departure
- Every confirmed ticket is archived and organized by passenger
- The team sees roster gaps in Slack without a manual headcount
Built for Group travel coordinators · School and youth group organizers · Tour operators · Event and trip planners

Questions, answered
Will it book a missing ticket for someone?
No. WebRun only compares the roster against existing bookings and reports gaps. Booking a ticket is done by the coordinator or the passenger directly.
How close to departure does it keep checking?
It checks daily right up to departure, so a late booking or cancellation still gets picked up before the trip.
What happens once everyone is confirmed?
The Slack report simply stops once every roster name has a matching booking, so the channel doesn't get a message with nothing to report.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
